Office Supplies is the pioneer in the area of office associated products in Oman. In many ways the Company heralded the era of office automation by installing the first Postal Franking Machine and Auto-Mailing Equipment in OMANTEL and even introducing the first dedicated Arabic Word Processor in Oman. As the years passed, many more office products were added and the Company has the unique status of being a one-stop-shop for office needs in the truest sense for more than a decade.

For over two decades the Company has adapted to the changing environment of the modern office and has won such laudable projects as turnkey strong room physical security system and prestigious modular furniture system in Central Bank of Oman, complete systems furniture of the new Bank Dhofar building and branches, Muscat Securities Market, US Embassy, Bank Banorabe, Ministry of Defence - IT building and many others.

In office automation, notable achievements include meeting the entire copying and faxing needs of Grand Hyatt Hotel, integrated mailing systems at Bank Muscat, Bank Dhofar, Shell Markets, Public Authority for Social Insurance, HSBC etc.; audio-visual presentation system at ROP; high volume copiers in Sultan Qaboos University Hospital and so on. The Company is also at the forefront in meeting the needs of Omani children for all types of quality school products through Ministries and trade covering large parts of the country including remote interiors.

In recent years, several projects with organizations viz., Oman Aircraft Control College, Oman LNG, Daewoo Site Office, United Kingdom Ministry of Defence Contracts Office, US Forces, Saif Sareea II, etc. have been executed using the unique strength of being able to provide office furniture, furnishing, equipment, computers, peripherals networking and stationery in a turnkey manner.

Office Supplies provides environment conscious technical solutions for office waste disposal through unique HSM/Geha industrial shredders, balers and disintegrators meeting different levels of security needs.

Project outfit of Office Supplies is actively involved in design and installation of storage and shelving solutions (mobile shelving, long span shelving, storage bin, office storage system), CCTV, PA system, customized electronic filing and storage systems, audio visual systems for auditorium and stage, sports flooring, fabrication in steel and wood and other products and services.

Office furniture activities have now added educational environment furniture viz., classroom, library, laboratory, hospital, canteen furniture, auditorium and other mass seating products.

The company relies heavily on local promotional techniques such as direct mailing, participating in sport and cultural events, fairs, free sampling, dealer displays, putting point-of-sales materials (banners, hand-outs, stickers, danglers etc.), Direct Mailers at appropriate locations.Office Supplies has one of the largest showroom in Oman displaying comprehensive range of office products & services (equipment, furniture, computers, stationery & copy bureau) in the head office complex in the prominent business center in Qurum, maintains two other branches in the capital and a network of dealers / business associates in the interiors.The company maintains real-time-on-line inventory control system for its five locations ofstocking materials to provide quick deliveries to its customers In order to ensure longest product life to temperature sensitive products the company maintains large number of cold rooms and follows t he policy of first-in-first-out (FIFO) in the warehousing operations.Being a very comprehensive office products suppliers, the company has executed diverse projects as described below :
