Ø150mm – Ø800mm CONCRETE PIPE MACHINE

KMS 800 Triple System Concrete Pipe Machine produces concrete pipes in compliance with the Iller Bank TSE 821 specification, with diameters ranging from Ø150mm to Ø800mm, and lengths from a minimum of 1000mm to a maximum of 2000mm.

• It can accommodate three molds simultaneously for Ø150mm and Ø200mm concrete pipes, two molds for Ø300mm pipes, and one mold for other diameters.
• Based on demand, Integrated Gasket or Drip Section Gasket Molds and Pallets are manufactured for diameters from Ø150mm to Ø800mm.

• The machine\'s vibration system features a closed-loop oil circulation system. When the machine operates, the automatic lubrication system activates. Bearings resistant to high speeds and heat are used within the vibrator.
