- Impero’s Hinged Non-Welded Semi Rigid Bow Spring Centralizer is engineered to meet API 10 D standards and specifications, allowing them to withstand all conditions.
- This Centralizer is ideally suited for use in Deviated and Horizontal Wells where the load on the spring is maximum, as it has a high restoring force and high standoff with low running force.
- Bow springs are made from high-quality alloy steel and heat-treated.
- The spring characteristics of the Double-Crested profile make it easy to move through tight spots and doglegs.
- As part of the manufacturing process, the centralizer is coated with iron phosphate to prevent corrosion.
- This Centralizer is shipped in two halves to ensure a compact shipping package.
