Ritver Water Primer

Ritver Water Primer is a pigmented, PU water-based topcoat designed to withstand heavy abrasion, chemical stress, and immersion in water. Its outstanding mechanical properties combined with excellent flow make it exceptionally easy to apply. This primer is ideal for topcoating floors that experience severe wear and tear, making it perfect for industrial floors, car parking areas, and heavy-traffic zones with moderate loads, while also providing resistance to chemicals and hot water.The primer is suitable for a wide range of environments including animal rooms, poultry farms, food processing units, beverage plants, and chemical industries. It is available in white, grey, unlimited colors, and even clear, with a smooth to slightly rough finish, specific gravity of 1.30 ± 0.02, and 34 ± 1% solids by volume. Sweet water is used as a diluent for application.Substrates & Area of Use: Ritver Water Primer is ideal for medium to heavy industrial floors, car parking areas, animal houses, poultry farms, and beverage plants. It can be used for both interior and exterior applications.Application: Proper surface preparation is crucial. Ensure the substrate is sound and clean. Remove laitance via wire brushing, acid etching, or sweep blasting, and fill blowholes or defects with a suitable filler. For use as a primer, Ritver PU Water Primer can be diluted with water up to 100%, facilitating a smooth and uniform application for enhanced durability and long-lasting performance.
